Looking for a fun indoor activity? Kids can bowl for FREE all summer long at participating bowling centres across Canada.
Simply register your children online, and you’ll receive a confirmation email to get started.
Registered children can enjoy 2 FREE games every day during the summer. Shoe rentals are available for an additional fee, and adults can join the fun by purchasing an optional Family Pass.

2. Visit Elk Island National Park 🦬
Looking for a budget-friendly family adventure just outside Edmonton? Elk Island National Park is a fantastic place to spend the day surrounded by nature.

This FREE drop-in program is designed for children ages 6–12, although everyone is welcome to participate.

- Return the equipment when finished
Available equipment may include basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, volleyballs, and other recreational gear.
There are no rental or membership fees, making this an affordable way to stay active all season long.
