Ingredients
1 package phyllo
1/2 cup melted ghee or butter
Crushed pistachios for topping
Rose petals for decorating (optional)
1/2 cup Simple syrup (click here for the mix)
Pistachio crust:
1 1/2 cup crushed pistachios
1 tbsp ghee or butter
1 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake mix:
500g cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla sugar or 1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp flour
