Leisure Access Pass (LAP) in Edmonton
What It Is
• A City of Edmonton program that gives eligible low-income residents free or reduced-cost access to recreation facilities and attractions
• Includes pools, rec centres, arenas, outdoor pools, golf courses, and attractions like the Edmonton Valley Zoo, City Rec Centres and the Muttart Conservatory
• You’re also automatically considered for the Ride Transit Program when you apply
What It Provides
Annual Pass (Free for qualified applicants)
• Unlimited free admission to participating City recreation and attractions
• 75% discount on registered programs (like fitness classes, swimming lessons) – adults/seniors & children (limits apply)
• Access to child minding services during drop-in visits
• 1 bucket of golf balls per day at Victoria Driving Range (club rentals not included)
• One free Youth in Action course registration per eligible youth
• Access to drop-in shinny hockey and member skate
Monthly Pass (Subsidized)
• $20 per month for individuals or $70 per month for families
• Includes discounted monthly admission to recreation facilities
• Includes access to many drop-in activities (aquasize, spin, strollersize, skating)
• Does not include the registered program discounts or golf benefits

How to Apply
• Fill out the Leisure Access & Ride Transit Program application form
• Forms can be:

Picked up at City recreation centres or Edmonton Service Centre

Submit your completed form with supporting documents either:
